Returns policy

pippap.com is happy to refund/exchange any unused merchandise returned within 28 days of purchase upon production of your receipt*, as long as they are returned in an unused condition and in their original packaging.

This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or miss described.

Most items can be returned to any PiPPaP store or may be sent direct to us at Customer services, 529 Discovery Bay Plaza, 8 Plaza Lane, Discovery Bay, Hong Kong.

Sould you require an unwanted item to be collected this can be arranged by calling +852 2987 8705, please note that a charge will be incurred.

If you need advice before you return an item please ring us on +852 2987 8705. Please note any postage incurred by returning the item(s) to us will not be refunded. All returned goods must be accompanied by a delivery note (this comes with the delivery of your goods), with completed details on the reverse.

If you purchased a ‘WEB EXCLUSIVE’ product PiPPaP or pippap.com will arrange the collection free of charge. Please contact our Customer Services on +852 2987 8705. We may ask you to post this back to the supplier and we will refund you any postage costs. Please obtain a proof of posting.

*Exclusions - toiletries, software, DVDs, food (including formula milk), Gift Vouchers, Gift Cards and opened mattresses. Pushchairs see terms and conditions issued at time of sale. If any items are returned that were part of a multi buy promotion all items must be returned.

 

PiPPaP pushchair guarantee

Any pushchair under HK$2,000 is subject to a 6 month guarantee. Any pushchair over HK$2,000 is subject to a 12 month guarantee.

Refunds & Exchanges

We will refund or exchange the pushchair if it is returned unused and within 28 days of purchase or if the pushchair displays a manufacturing fault within 28 days of the guarantee validation period.

Repairs & Spares

We will repair your pushchair free of charge if it displays a manufacturing fault after 28 days and within the guarantee period. Please refer to your local store.

Fabric

Our manufacturers endeavour to hold fabric/coordinating components for the duration of their guarantee. If colours are not available co-ordinating colours will be used.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED

Affix your delivery note or credit card receipt as proof of purchase to the guarantee.
